One of the difficulties with working on General Mohc is that he was originally just a cartoon, and his facial features are quite disproportionate. In remaking him as 3D character, I've tried to make him look more realistic. But he has a very distinctive and stylized look which doesn't translate the best.
Here's what I have so far,...
I did some more work to the general's head. Applying the textures and fixing the uv-mapping helped to remove his oddly shaped cranium. It was starting to remind me of Frankenstien's Monster. The textures aren't quite finished, but I think I might be getting close.
